The first in-person meeting of the Center for Media Integrity of the Americas’ Board of Advisors was held on December 5th and 6th 2022.
This very productive meeting brought about the exchange of ideas, concepts and visions that the varied members of the Board of Advisors expressed during the intensive two-day event.
Likewise, the Board of Advisors had the opportunity to meet and discuss ideas with Secretary General of the Organization of American States Luis Almagro as well as the Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs Brian A. Nichols.
This pivotal gathering shaped the Center into what it is today through various accords that were decided on those days.
