Through its Advisory Board, the Center for Media Integrity boasts of a vast pool of networks throughout the hemisphere.
These networks help maintain a direct line of communication with the men and women reporting on the ground in their various countries – including some in which the dangers faced by journalists are very real.
Thanks to these networks, the Center has hosted its first conference titled: “Exiled, Not Silenced: Journalism Under Siege” (enlace al evento) in which four journalists exiled from their countries highlighted their experience working under such dire circumstances to the International Community and important guests.
